Incoming calls dialed to a specific extension are routed directly to the assigned user. Unmatched extensions fall back to round-robin routing.

Make and receive calls directly in the browser. The RingCentral widget in your User Profile → RingCentral Phone card registers your browser as a softphone device on Extension 101.
Setup Steps
- Go to User Profile in the sidebar
- Find the RingCentral Phone card
- Click Sign In in the embedded widget
- Log in with your RingCentral credentials
- Allow microphone access when prompted
- Status pill turns green — you're live
How It Works
- The widget registers your browser as a SIP phone device on your RC extension
- Incoming calls to the 866 number ring in the browser with audio notification
- Outgoing calls — dial from the widget's keypad, caller ID shows +1 (866) 744-1352
- Full call controls: hold, mute, transfer, conference, recording
- Call history and contacts sync from RingCentral
- Login persists until you sign out (no need to re-login each visit)
Manage RingCentral user state rules, forwarding targets, and call queue answering rules from FazeOne. These settings are written back to RingCentral directly.
